I have seen good reports about this and with the rebranding of Prime Gaming it makes sense that this is the account you actually needed to relink and not Twitch itself. You will not receive any of the loot you claimed before the account link was fixed and the only way to test to ensure its working is to wait for the next drop to come out. Once this is done you should see that Prime Gaming is "Active" in your Authorized Applications on BNET.Īnother frustrating aspect about this issue is that once this fix is done anything claimed while the link was broken is considered "lost". I originally tried to submit a ticket but none of their ticket options line up with this type of issue. First off I am incredibly disappointed with how unhelpful bungie has been on this issue. After hour of hunting I FINALLY found a solution for the broken twitch prime loot for anyone still having issues.
